Canape Menu

Please choose five canapes from the menu at £10.00 per person - Minimum party order of ten people.

Meat:

• Watermelon, Parma ham and feta skewer
• Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and horseradish cream
• Mini burger topped with cheddar in a brioche bun
• Yoghurt, chilli and coriander marinated chicken skewer

Vegetarian:

• Tomato, red onion, and basil bruschetta
• Heritage beetroot goat's cheese and hazelnut tart
• Leek and cheddar quiche

Fish:

• Fish pie croquette with Marie Rose sauce
• Smoked Salmon, cream cheese and dill crostini 

Platters:

• Choose between 2 bowls of either hummous, blue stilton and truffle, avacado and chilli, or tzatziki dips w/ homemade baguettes
• Selection of sliced cured meats; chorizo, sachicon, lomo, salami with sunkissed tomatoes, cornichons and pickled walnuts
